Order payment

Depending on the chosen event, we offer the following payment methods:

By bank card. You can pay for your order online using VISA/MasterCard credit cards. After sending the order, it will be possible to pay for the order using a bank card (link to the secure payment page of the acquiring bank).

Cashless payment. This payment option is available for both legal entities and individuals. After agreeing on the order with the Company’s Specialist, you will be billed for tickets. We will send it by fax or email. You can pay the bill at the cash desk of any bank, or from the settlement account of your organization.

Electronic money. You can pay for the order using PayPal and WebMoney electronic currencies. After agreeing on the order with the Company’s Specialist, you will be given payment details.

Order delivery

You will receive an electronic ticket with a unique barcode on it, which will be checked at the entrance to the event. Most e-tickets are available immediately and will be sent after purchase within one business day. Otherwise, tickets are usually available 1-3 days before the event.

Ticket refund

Tickets are refunded only in case of cancellation of the event, but you can try to resell the tickets yourself and/or through the Company. In this case, the Company may accept such an order on the terms of additional remuneration for assistance in the implementation, but cannot guarantee the sale of tickets.

Tickets purchased in the Company are accepted for refund.
When returning tickets, the amount paid by the client is refunded minus 10% of the company’s commission (after receiving funds from the organizers). Tickets are accepted within 3 days after the date of the event. When returning tickets paid by credit card, the money is returned to the Customer’s card by wire transfer.

In case of postponement of the event date, tickets are refunded at the request of the Client no later than 10 days before the new date. The full nominal cost of tickets is refunded, as well as 50% of the cost of booking and delivery services.

In case of replacement of the event, ticket refund is possible no later than 3 days before the date of its holding. The full nominal cost of tickets is refunded, as well as 10% of the cost of booking and delivery services. On the day of the event, tickets are returned to the organizer’s box office.

When returning tickets paid by credit card, the money is returned to the Customer’s card by wire transfer.
